About This Course:
The aim of this course is to learn why self-management is an important workplace skill that is valued by employers.
Learning Objectives:
- Define what is meant by self-management.
- Recognise when self-management skills are being demonstrated.
- Explain why self-management skills are valued by employers.
Learners will also be able to:
- Provide examples of appropriate workplace behaviour.
- Identify their own ability to use self-management skills.
- Discuss and suggest ideas as to how to develop self-management skills.
Learners might also aim to:
- Practise managing their behaviour for workplace situations.
- Prepare a plan to develop and improve their self-management skills.
- Provide an example of how they have used self-management skills in readiness for seeking employment.
Certificate:
- Upon successful completion of this course, learners will receive a digital Certificate of Completion from Global Childhood Academy.
