About This Course:
The aim of this course is to learn to recognise, respond to and manage change in an educational context.
Learning Objectives:
- Define the term ‘managing change’.
- Recognise when change management is being successfully demonstrated.
- Explain why managing change is a skill valued by employers.
Learners will also be able to:
- Identify their own ability to manage change.
- Discuss and suggest ideas as to how to manage change.
Learners might also aim to:
- Prepare a plan to develop and improve their ability to manage change.
- Provide an example of how they have demonstrated managing change for use when seeking employment.
Certificate:
- Upon successful completion of this course, learners will receive a digital Certificate of Completion from Global Childhood Academy.
