Empowering and Equipping: Educators as Art Makers

This presentation will challenge participants to build their knowledge, skills and confidence to design and deliver high quality visual arts programs in their own classrooms. As well as outlining the importance of the role of the educator in facilitating children’s visual arts learning opportunities, we will share practical videos to demonstrate visual arts methods and processes for mark making, painting, print-making, ephemeral art and working with clay and construction.
