The aim of this course is to introduce leaders in the field of early years to quality assurance; features approaches, effective systems and tools for early years quality management. Topics will include:
Diploma is a certificate issued that indicates a student has proficient knowledge in a particular academic subject is called a diploma. Diplomas are often required by employers so they can be certain a new employee has the necessary level of skill and understanding. This diploma is is frequently pursued by early childhood educators, providers, inspectors, assessors and evaluators, as it teaches the skills to manage the quality of early childhood programs. As an early childhood quality manager, you have the opportunity to be self-directed, to have influence in your field and to interact with all other departments in your organization that are also related to and work with early childhood programs. As a quality manager, you may have a variety of possible careers from which to choose. Among the most popular are Quality Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Quality Control, Childcare Center Assessor, and many others. The quality manager interacts with regulators, team members and other stakeholders to provide transparency about how the childcare center is run, which develops positive relationships and trust. The quality manager also coaches and advises everyone in the organization to promote morale and oversee consistency and standards in the childcare center.
