National Initiatives

National Initiatives

A selection of programs designed and implemented by GCA across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

01 — Workplace Nurseries

Workplace nurseries are becoming national workforce infrastructure.

Saudi Arabia's expanding workforce participation agenda has elevated workplace nurseries from a benefit to a national infrastructure requirement. GCA works directly with major employers and government entities to evaluate, design and operate workplace nursery models — from feasibility and licensing through to full operational launch.

Each model is built to GCA's institutional quality standards and aligned with national regulatory requirements.

02 — Workforce Development & Hadaf

Professionalizing the early childhood workforce.

GCA delivers accredited workforce development programs, bilingual qualification pathways, and leadership training systems aligned with Saudi Arabia's evolving national workforce frameworks.

Through Hadaf-aligned programs, GCA acts as an implementation partner in the long-term professionalization of the early childhood sector — developing the educators and leaders that national quality standards require.

Strategic Partnerships

Institutional partnerships. National scale.

GCA engages with governments, employers and educational operators on programs that require institutional depth, operational credibility and long-term implementation capability — not just advisory. The partnership model is built for scale, accountability and measurable delivery.
