Early Childhood Consultant

Role overview

Provide technical advice and professional support to early childhood education organizations and projects across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct professional assessments and consultations.
• Advise on educational quality and operational improvement.
• Develop reports, recommendations and implementation plans.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Support early childhood development projects and initiatives.

Mandatory qualifications

• Relevant qualification in early childhood education or a related field.
• Demonstrated consulting or senior professional experience.
• Strong understanding of early childhood quality standards and educational practice.
• Excellent analytical, reporting and communication skills.
• Based in a GCC country.
