Role overview

Key responsibilities
- Lead operational planning and implementation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and service delivery.
- Develop and monitor procedures, budgets and performance indicators.
- Ensure operational quality, compliance and effective resource management.
- Oversee stakeholder coordination and continuous improvement.
Mandatory qualifications
- Proven senior operational leadership experience.
- Direct experience in early childhood education, childcare or nursery operations.
- Strong understanding of operational systems, workforce management and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken.
