Mandatory qualifications
- Relevant qualification in early childhood education, educational leadership or related fields.
- Direct experience in nursery or early childhood center leadership.
- Strong knowledge of early years operations, staffing and quality requirements.
- Excellent communication and people-management skills.
- Arabic and English proficiency.
