The Baby Formula Crisis – New York Times

The New York Times highlighted a major crisis in the U.S. economy, but the shortage of baby formula is not the only basic necessity that is facing a shortage. Other news sources talk about “everything shortage”.

There is a global shortage of teachers! The world will be needing 69 million teachers by 2030 if we want to be able to meet the global education goals (UNESCO).

But how will we achieve these numbers? With the shortage of resources, competition for funds, and rising expenses of remote learning tools and resources.

According to the World Economic Forum, “Stakeholders need to build a strong and interconnected ecosystem committed to a comprehensive upskilling”.

The only way we can do this is by working together – sharing, collaborating, cooperating, and working towards collective action.

Join GCA and be part of our mission to create the world’s largest upskilling platform for adults serving children. GCA partners with individuals, entrepreneurs, training institutes, NGOs, universities, and colleges – worldwide – with the goal to create a global network of the top adult training providers.
