This boutique E-learning blended course teaches adults how to help children use critical thinking skills, understand foundational values, and their rights that will help them take a stand against attempted sexual harassment and abuse.
This is not just a traditional training course, it is a complete training program that you can start implementing with your children starting from week 1. In this course, we will guide you how to get school staff involved, gain permission from parents, and then week by week we will use a building block method to develop children's skills.
Over 9,000 students have taken part in this program, and for the first time, we are proud to create this teacher training and present it on this platform for all teachers and caretakers to access and enjoy.
Based on a decade of research, observations, and interviews with children and adults, we bring you real life examples that help you prepare for different possibilities and scenarios.
This course will help you to identify different forms violence and sexual harassment or abuse behavior, and possible prevention strategies. Teachers, principals and parents frequently bring up cases of problematic behaviors, for which they feel that they lack appropriate responses. Join us as our trained facilitators begin implementing the carefully structured 12-week program.
Best yet. during each weekly meetings, we will be joined by guest facilitators: animated characters (a turtle, a snail, and a frog) that you will be able to take to your classroom to help them learn about the concepts of respect, dignity, and equality, using 2 D cartoons, interactive stories, discussions and classroom activities.
The children also learn about their bodies and the boundaries of personal space and begin to identify emotions related to sexual harassment. They learn about the obligation of reporting incidences of sexual harassment and, at the end, create a program of personal safety.
The “Taking A Stand” program provides early childhood education school staff and children with specific knowledge about, and courses of action for coping with, the phenomenon of sexual harassment and its prevention. The resources in this practical toolkit continue to serve the teachers and principals following the program’s completion, by fostering a classroom environment of mutual respect and empowerment.

Ayelet is the founder and the CEO of Voice Of Child Association (VOCA). She is a pioneer and recognized expert on the abuse and harassment behavior of young children among themselves as a form of a play that develop to sexual harassment. VOCA developed three age program strategies for preventing violence, using emotional and social skills, family and community interventions, and addressing adverse such challenges such as teachers, parents, children and school management. Ayelet is the author of the book, Sexual Harassment: Not a Children's' Game - Preventing Sexual Harassment in the Educational System and the Community (2019).

Why is it important for early childhood teachers to learn more about AI?
AI is not just a robotics class that primary or secondary class children attend. Scientists are developing applications that bring AI to the hands of very young children.
