Frequently Asked Questions

Designed by educators, not just computer geeks. We’re here to make a social
impact and positive change in the societies we work in.

GCA  is an organization with a commitment to making a social impact on childhood, globally. We are a powerful learning management platform that was customized and designed by educators to support training providers involved in training, credentialing, and upskilling educators, social workers, police officers, health professionals, policymakers, and other professionals serving children.

We are also a global marketplace of synchronous and asynchronous learning programs developed by vetted training institutes, NGOs, colleges, experts, and consultants. GCA makes it easy for you to manage and scale your training programs by being a part of a global network of leading organizations dedicated to making an impact on society.

GCA believes in applying an ecosystem approach to making an impact on society. Taking an “ecosystem-oriented approach” is critical for creating sustainable change in complex systems for many reasons, but we want to highlight three in particular: the importance of empowerment, reinvention, and leverage

  1. Our platform empowers both the training provider as well as the learner. Learners access hundreds of globally vetted learning programs in one convenient place, and training providers enjoy a state-of-the-art learning management system along with a dedicated support and marketing team that enables them to focus on their program, while we take care of all the rest.
  2. GCA is reinventing how training providers work with each other. Before GCA, training providers would see themselves as rivals, competing for the attention of their target audience. With GCA, training providers realize how well they complement each other and how much stronger and more effective they can be when they work together.

GCA leverages the power of partnerships. Through global partnerships, vetted relationships, and digital transformation, we can help training providers scale into new markets and gain more learners faster, and cheaper.

GCA is a corporation based in the United States. You can contact us at 1802 Vernon St NW PMB 503, Washington, DC 20009, U.S.A. You can also call us at 1-844-Join-GCA or email info@globalchildhoodacademy.com and one of our team members will get back to you.

They use our LMS to digitally transform their business, as well as select from a vetted global collection of off-the-shelf upskilling learning programs from all the other providers on the network.

There are many types of learning management systems (LMSs); open source (Moodle), lower-end (e.g. Moodle, TalentLMS), and high-end LMSs (Docebo, SAP Litmos) that have multiple integrations and features for enterprise-level organizations. GCA is a high-end, powerful LMS with numerous integrations available at an affordable rate which is offered to vetted organizations. GCA provides the LMS plus all the technical, mar.

The GCA team can easily migrate your courses from most LMSs onto the GCA platform in 30 days or less so that you can manage all your learning programs on one platform. Once you use the GCA platform, you will never go back! Most training providers that have joined GCA have, in one word - transformed! They ‘upped’ the quality of their courses, gained new learners, and scaled to new markets. They have gained time and resources that they can now dedicate to their program and learners.

If you choose to place your courses and learning programs on the GCA global marketplace, we will help support your existing marketing efforts. We will help you gain new learners, bring back lapsed learners, grow into new markets, increase brand awareness and make a more significant impact globally.

When joining GCA as a training provider, you choose whether you want the LMS, global marketplace or both.

Using the LMS enables you to use a high-end learning management platform to manage your existing learning programs for your current students. Besides your own learning programs, you can also choose to offer vetted, off-the-shelf learning programs in your training catalogs which were created by other training providers that are part of the GCA global network.

If you choose to launch your learning programs on the GCA global marketplace, you are making them available to be sold to individuals and groups across our global networks. Book a demo with our team to learn more.
